I would not recommend this or adding any other type of additive to oil. If you use good oil nothing additional is needed. Also, you never know how different chemicals are going to react together.

I don't know what is causing the tick, but a cheap oil filter can. I would try a Wix. Also, I see you are in cold climate and oil viscosity can be a factor.

I recently bought some black McGard for my JK. I did not get the splined ones. The tire places I talked to all said they are better quality than the Gorilla. Made in USA also. I recommend them.

Actually, this wheel is a Black Rock Desperado. Similar to the outlaw, but I don't think the outlaw comes in black. I also really like this wheel but it does not come in a size to fit a JK.
