Unfortunately streams in Nebraska are not public property if you are touching the bottom. If you float it is waters of the state, sandbars and the bottom of rivers streams etc belong to the land...

I run with no sway bar or track bars been that way for 10 years. I really don't see a need for either unless you have really soft leaf springs you may want your sway bar.
