Id just use some good paint. Much easier to touch up and not as big a deal if it gets scratched up. If its gonna see the trail often anyway. If not then I could see powder coat being fine. But $75 a wheel is far too steep.

Ford 302, np435, doubled 300/231, and cage comming this summer.
