I live in Fredericksburg VA and was wondering if there is anywhere near here to go off road. There used to be a place called Sandy Ridge but it recently has closed. Is it illegal to drive on trails around power lines or access roads? If not does anyone know anywhere to go in this area? I got my TJ 2 months ago and haven't really been able to use it
