hey tec, used to live in Fredericksburg, in the Ferry Farm area. Contact A-1 Speed & Custom (425 Chatham Heights Rd) guy there (I think it's the owner) has a red Wrangler that is usually parked out front. I stopped in one day and he was talking about places him & his buddies go wheeling at. Also you may want to try Pro Trucks (1101A Potomac Avenue) these guys specialize in 4x4 & do awesome work as A-1 is more of a speed shop. Great bunch of guys to talk to they can hook you up with just about anything you want. Good luck with the search for a play ground.
