These rims look like those you might find on a 2014 polar edition wrangler . Im unsure if the Gladiator was offered in a polar edition trim.
It's a Jeep, so the owner could have swapped rims at some point.

If they're 18" wheels, there's a good chance they are from a Sahara Wrangler.
