Dissapointed with Sales Dep.

I recently requested a quote for a set of hybrid 44 axles. I received a quote that listed all parts, services, and other miscellaneous aspects. It had a final summary but not a detailed break down. When I requested that the estimate be detailed for each specific part, all communication with your sales rep, Stuart if I am not mistaken , ceased.

It would be disappointing on your behalf to lose this sale over an incomplete estimate. Let me know if you want to sell me a set of axles

I had a similar experience getting an estimate for a specific axle build. I get the feeling that Dynatrac doesn't take these individual requests too seriously.

I ended up going to Northridge, since they are a Dynatrac dealer, and got a detailed quote from Dave within an hour.
