JLU Wheel Offset/Backspacing Question

I am looking at 2 different wheels for my JLU Sport. I will be lifting 2-3" and running 315/70-17 tires. Both wheels are 17x8.5. One is -6 offset 4.5" backspacing. The other is +6 offset 5" backspacing. What would be the better option/difference between these 2 wheels? Thanks

I prefer the 4.5 backspace.
These are 315/70-17 on 17x8.5 ProComps.

Thanks for the reply and posting pictures also. I appreciate it. How many inches of lift on your Jeep?

+6 back spacing will set the wheels in a little more than -6. Check this out.
