35 inch tire question for a 2017 JK 4 Door Sport unlimited!!

We put a 3.5 inch lift kit in the Jeep already about 6-8 months ago. Everything has been working fine! We are currently running stock tires on it and we want to upgrade it to 34 or 35 inch tires. If we do this will we need to re-gear or upgrade anything so that the Speedometer will read the speed correctly? I have been reading online telling me that we do and in other spots telling us not to bother?

The lift kit is just a rough country 3.5 inch left kit and the tires will likely be on a 17 inch rim. Its for my wife as she drives this thing for her daily driver. I just got a brand new 2018 JL that I will be doing something similar too in the coming months.
