New guy here from Orlando. I've always wanted a wrangler, but they've been out of my price range for a while and I finally decided to make it happen.
A little about my rig:
172K miles, 1999 TJ 4.0L 5speed, A/C, hard top and soft top, full doors. Triple black!
Smitty built bumpers, bushwacker fenders, red LED interior lights, CB, factory fog lights.
Mods to come:
3-4 inch lift with 33's, winch, exterior lighting, roof rack etc.
A little about me:
I've been working on cars for a little over 25 years ( although it's not my profession ) so I'm no stranger to mods, restoration, reverse engineering, updating vehicles.
I've done everything from paint and body work, driveline swaps, to engine rebuilds.
I know how forums work! I've been a member of the mopar A-body site for about 10yrs and hope to bring some of my car enthusiasm here. Jeep folks are awesome!
I just sold my resto-mod 73 Duster to pick up the wrangler and hope to have some fun off road soon. Don't worry, I still have a fun FAST car
The TJ is my daily driver and the plan is to set it up as a support rig ( for now ) with enough equipment to fix just about anything trial side. I don't plan on breaking stuff, but I've done enough off roading to know what can happen and life favors the prepared.
Thanks all and I hope to be a contributing member of the jeeping community.
