First timer joining the cause; 2000 TJ

My Audi got totaled so I decided to try something different. Bought a 2000 TJ with 25963 miles on it for $11k with a hard top, 4" lift, 33" tires, soundbar, and all kinds stuff. First owner just towed it behind his RV and rode around it in town. Second owner just had it sit in his garage cause it was too pretty to get wrecked driving to work at the cement shop and too pretty to go off road in. So now it is mine.

Thank you. Can anyone recommend a guide on wiring to fuses? I got some PIAA 525 fog lights and I know that the lights go the battery (no problem), the power switch goes to the ignition, and the glow light goes to the parking lights. Problem is I'm not sure how to splice onto the ignition and parking fuses and I'm having trouble finding a guide, not sure I know the correct technical words so my google searches aren't giving me the results I need.

I'd really appreciate anyone's help. Thank you for the kind welcoming.

Last week I changed my speedo gear to match my tires and it was easy thanks to a guide. It was the first time I'd ever been under a car or put a wrench to one.
