From H3 to first Wrangler,so far so great.

Just got my first wrangler and so far so great. Its a 2010 sport with hard top. Traded in a Ford F250 which was a beast but I was missing my h3 which the lease ran out on 3 years ago.So I figured I would try the jeep and well I am sold so far. I recently retired from the army and it does fill the need for the hummer. Thanks for reading.

Welcome to the forum. You've made a wise decision. Your new Jeep is going to make you forget all about the hummer and wonder why you didn't do this sooner. Now take it out and get it dirty.

You will now wonder why the Armed Forces went to the Hummer instead of the Jeep...as long as you ignore ballistic armour. That H3 isn't a hummer, either, btw.

Thanks guys. I owned a h3 but when I said hummer It was pertaining to the hummvee M 1114 army edition. However I do have a question....how is the wrangler in the snow? I am asking because the h3 wasnt at all good due to the wide tires and light weight design. The same goes for the Army hummvee very bad in snow due to the light weight design. Although the uparmored edition is very good with the added weight. I live in RI and we get a decent amount of snow each winter. Any help would be great, thanks.

Congrats and welcome to the forum. Don't let these guys give u hard time about the H3..my wife has one and I love it...has a 2 1/2" lift on 35's (just like my jeep). MOst of these guys on here are rolling with bicycle tires on thier jeeps!! The H3 has paid its dues in some serious situations and even pulled out a couple of jeeps stuck in the dunes. Not sure what is up witht he hummer hatred on this forum..for some reason they don't seem to be dogging jeeps on the hummer forums.
