Getting ready to travel around the US!

Hi everyone! Andrea here, my husband Greg and I currently have two Wranglers. We have a pretty new and quite nice Unlimited which we are selling as soon as we find a buyer. It has been a great vehicle but a payment wont be fun once we are traveling.

Just acquired a 1995 Wrangler, Rio Grande edition I believe. Needs a fair amount of work to make sure we will be safe on the road but nothing terribly drastic.

Anyway, I have a couple of questions I can save for the appropriate forum categories. Just excited to travel the country in my new little Jeep!

Welcome Andrea & Greg!

Don't know just how much of the country you will travel, but if you get to Missoula, Montana, stop and say hello! We also have a spare room and a garage with tools!
Have a great journey, be safe!

Thank you! Where in NC are you? We are currently in New Bern, quaint little town but we need to get outta here! The Jeep is in the process of getting ready for the trip as are we, I hope to do a blog or something to map out our travels with photos and such. I'm thrilled to have a Wrangler for the trip!

Our mechanic told us he goes to the Selma area quite regularly for Jeep stuff, I don't know exactly what goes on there... maybe good supplies, events? I guess I didn't do a good job listening when he was telling me about it!
