Got my 87 YJ back..

First ,Hi everyone....

I bought a 87 YJ Wrangler fresh off the lot 26 years ago. It was my first new car ,what a day that was...sold it in 2001, kicked myself everytime I saw a Jeep drive down the road..
Long story short ,I located her last year and offered to buy her back, gave him my name & number.I new it was a long shot ,but what the he77,right?
Saturday morning I became the very proud owner of "MY" 87 YJ..

Thats my story!!!!

That is awesome! My first jeep was an 88 YJ. My brother's friend bought it off my 10+ years ago and still drives it. It has to have 200k plus on it now. I should really see if he'll sell it back to me.

That is a great story! I'm hoping mine ends up going this way. I'm on the search for my '91 now that was my 1st car when I was 16. Congrats to you.

That's a great story, I have almost the same story with my 88. Sold it in 2002 and got it back in 2009. Sold it to buy a ring then deployed and while deployed, lost the girl. Turned out I missed the jeep more than the girl.
