Hello from Cajun Country

Howdy folks. Getting a Jeep Wrangler TJ soon and came across this great website (and awesome iPhone app). I live outside of Houston now but am a South Louisiana native and still do lots of hunting and offloading there and in the SE Texas area. I'm looking forward to getting a Jeep soon and have gotten quite an education reading these forums for the past few days. This site has been really helpful. The only problem is now it's an addiction! I already have $3000 worth of accessories that I want for my Jeep and I haven't even bought one yet!

It doesn't get any better with the addiction, welcome to the forum and good luck with your purchase!
I can only please one person a day and today is not your day and tomorrow is not looking good either!

License to kill gophers by the government of the United Nations. Man, free to kill gophers at will. To kill, you must know your enemy, and in this case my enemy is a varmint. And a varmint will never quit - ever. They're like the Viet Cong - Varmint Cong. So you have to fall back on superior intelligence and superior firepower. And that's all she wrote.

Thanks to everyone. I'm probably going to get a Jeep from this place: Select Jeeps || Specializing in Jeep Wranglers and CJs!

It's located here in League City and they do lots of modifications. Looking for a 97-02 model TJ with 80-100k miles on it. My preferred colors are either black or green with a 4.0 and manual transmission. Hoping to spend 10-12k on it. Looking to put the Smittybuilt SRC front and back bumper with the Smitty 8K winch. Also looking for a 2 1/2 in lift and want to put 33" mud terrains on it. Also like the Bushwacker pocket-style fender flares. Not into much rock crawling, but there is plenty of mud and trails out here and in Louisiana.

Welcome to the Forum
And remember to:
