Hello from New York.

Hello Everyone. My name is Jeremy. I live in Dutchess County, New York. I've had my Jeep for almost a year now and finally decided to join the forums and become active with this amazing community. My previous car was a BMW 135i and transitioning from that to a Jeep was a huge difference and it took a while to adjust with the lack of power and different driving style. I've always wanted a Jeep and loved the idea of driving with no doors and the pure freedom that comes with it. Of course before even owning the Jeep I was already researching parts and getting a better understanding on lifting a vehicle rather than being so use to lowering vehicles. Here is a quick picture of my 135i.

I do sometimes miss the 135 but I have no regrets so far with the Jeep. Nothing compares to it and I cannot see myself driving anything else. Here is my 16' JK as of yesterday and I still have a lot more to do. Thanks for taking a look at my introduction.

Beautiful 1 series... I always admired the older, smaller BMW's with the inline-6, and I feel the 135 is as close as you get to what I think is that "quintessential" Beemer. Looks like you have a good eye for both dropped and lifted vehicles, welcome from Ithaca, NY.
