Hello from Switzerland

My dear Jeep community. I joined in here because I'm planing to buy me and my family a Wrangler unl. not only because there is no other convertible with space for a family with three kids in their special seats, but also because it's just fun to drive the original 4x4. Off road is no new experience for me, military service with the original Willy and Austrian Pinzgauer teachted me the handling. A three month outback drive in Down Under gave even more practice, then some dessert tours in the time of a work site in Saudi Arabia and a trip to big Island Hawaii with a Wrangler. Too bad we haven't got a lot of sites here in Switzerland to have fun off road. You are very welcome to contact me when you can give some hints.
Kind regards

Welcome. Post some pictures when you get your vehicle.

Pinzgauers are in short supply over here, and very collectible. We pay a premium. Just like I would guess Wranglers cost more over there.

We've got a couple of international schools here. Could it be the village Thusis?

The Pinz is indeed a costly vehicle, but hard to beet off road. The only way to get it reasonable is to get it when the vehicle is retired from the army service

A Wrangler Unlimited Sahara is around 50'000 CHF and the US$ is now less worth
