Hello - New here - would like some help!

Hey Jeep people! I'm Jenna! New to the Wrangler world! Recently bought a 2017 sahara (all black) back in November. Like everyone I am interested in lifting and getting bigger tires. One problem - I walk into a store to ask for this and all the guys do is see me and dollar signs. I do not want to be taken advantage of so I am trying to learn as much as I can about what to do. I was interested in getting a 2.5 in lift with 35's. Seems pretty standard for my first lift.

Here are my questions:

1. What tires should I get that are most cost friendly, not extremely loud, and have a good ride quality? ( I do most highway driving - around 30 miles RT a day to get to work and back)

2. I am getting 17-18 mpg with stock tires - what should I expect to get with 35's?

3. Rubicon Express 2.5 Inch Lift Kit with Mono-Tube Shocks - RE7133M - is the lift they are suggesting at 4 Wheel Parts...thoughts? I plan to do little off roading but some and def drive my Jeep on the beaches here in North Carolina

4. If I get 35' in tires with this lift do I need a steering Stabilizer? And can someone tell me about this regearing business? Will this need to take place?

Any help would be great. Thank you all who responds to me!

Jenna

Wow, lots of questions. Because this is the newbie check-in area, you may not get the answers you are looking for. I suggest you check out this forum area and post your questions there, I think you'll get a better response. (especially the "sticky" threads at the top of the pages)

to the Forum..

Congrats on your new Wrangler purchase and all BLACK..Nice..

Regarding your Wrangler MODS, there is a right way and a wrong way to do them. So take your time and read through the Sticky Threads that Beastmaster has suggested. Then ask a lot of questions in the above Link that Beastmaster has given you.
