His & Hers

Just wanted to say hello and thanks to everyone here for the information I have found here! I have been lurking and searching for several months now, and have been able to go from no Jeep to two Jeeps!

On 10/10/15 I purchased a JKU Sport for my wife. It's an auto with hardtop, 3.73 gears and Trac-Lok, power convenience group, connectivity and the Alpine 9 speaker system...the family Jeep! This is her first Jeep ever, and before the test drive, she had never driven one.

On 10/16/15 I purchased a JK Willlys Wheeler for myself. It's also an auto with hardtop, manual windows and locks! The original plan was to order a basic sport for myself with the 6 speed, 3.73 gears and premium soft top. However, the dealer had just received the White Willys on 10/15, which I have wanted since the package came out.

I have previously owned 3 YJ's and 1 JK over the past 20 years, but it's been 15 years since I've had a Jeep as my daily driver. Therefore, practicality somewhat overcame the nostalgic idea of having a basic manual transmission soft-top Jeep as a daily driver, and decided to go with the auto and hardtop options. I've always said once a Jeep lover, always a Jeep lover whether you currently own one or not. It's great to be back in a Jeep and among the Jeep community! Here are a few pictures of the Jeeps, and one with my daughter on the evening we picked mine up. Her first request on Saturday morning was to remove the doors...a Jeep girl in the making!

Thanks Feereless! My wife and I both love White vehicles...but for some reason we were both driving black vehicles...she was in a Tahoe and I was in a Ram Crew Cab Black Express Edition.

I love the Anvil on your Jeep, I believe that will be a timeless color!

And what will come from them if they mate? Welcome! I can only imagine how tough it's going to be figuring out not just what mods you want, but which jeep gets which mods?!!?!?!?!
