Thumbs up I'm home!

Why hello my new family I've been a Jeep owner for years, actually there's been a long running joke that our family is a Jeep club in itself. We have a over a half dozen in the family, and they run the gammit from my mom's bone stock Grand Gherokee, to my uncle's 1980's something trailered FrankenJ (don't ask!) This will be my second Jeep and is replacing my 98 XJ. I loved her so much that it was hard to even make the decision to move on, but the amount of $ that I was thinking of investing in her didn't make sense considering the condition and miles.... so a BRAND NEW 2011 Rubicon!!!!! Yeah, I know! A combination of a few good years in my career, a decent credit score, and a signiture for your soal... and whalla! 31 years old and I have my DREAM RIDE Most people are usually much slower and greyer by the time they can honestly say that they've acheived this, but low and behold, I seem to have pulled the wool over the karma gods' eyes because I feel like I'm holding something in my garage that I somehow don't deserve. I mean, I've had the XJ for a bunch of years now, but to be honest I built that thing on a shoestring budget while I was still in school, and was always trying to do more than it was capable of. I lived in central Cali and used to try to keep up with my uncle on the Rubicon trail, and was always happy that we were sleeping in tents at night so that I could remind everyone that I was indeed still a man, even I was being dragged for half the daylight hours by winches on rigs that seemed the realm of fantasies! But those days are behind us. I now roll out of my driveway every morning (yes we're dealing with a true dual purpose DD) with the biggest shit grin on my face because I'm sitting in a two door Jeep with nothing but a roll bar over me (OK, so maybe I added a rack and a Bikini top, but you get the point, pay attention!) that says Wrangler on the side of it. And I guess that brings me to my first question to my new found community comprised of thrones of wheelers, each with a vast knowlege of how to build and break a wrangler. I'm currently rolling on the stock rubicon suspension and rubber, but can't help but already be thinking about getting her a bit higher in the air. I guess that I'll post a seperate threat with the question, but looking for outline of opinions on lift kit/tire packages for a 2Dr 2011 Rubi. Basically, size: 3 - 5.5", long arm? tires: 35s? 37s?! Differences involved? I'll outline the uses better in the question thread, I think that I was just suppose to introduce myself... they're fading the music in, I gotta go!
