Instead of a motorcycle

which is what I really wanted, and my wife was very much against, I purchased an 06 Wrangler X. I traded my 07 Acura TL for it. I was going to get a Wrangler when my lease was up in Dec of 09, but my local dealer got me the payments that I was looking for on this. I don't have any pics yet, but you all know what a Wrangler looks like. Several years ago I had a Chevy Avalanche and was a member of a forum like this one. I met a lot of nice people and learned a lot about my Avalanche and different mods that I could do to it. From the lurking that I have done since I found this site, two weeks ago, I am expecting pretty much the same here. Thank you for being here and I will definately pick your brains about modding my Wrangler. Right after I got it my wife told me that I needed bigger tires, so that is first on my list. I told her that I would need a lift to go along with it.

I live in Pewaukee, WI and would like to meet some of you and do some off-roading some time.

Dan

Welcome.... Post some pics. A Jeep is a Jeep but how we personalize them make them "that special jeep". Congrats.
