Post Is it comman for jeeps to run rough after a header replaement?

I have a 2001 TJ 4.0 I recently had the headers replaced. Once picked up from the shop there was a noticeable difference in my idle which eventually led to it dying a couple times. I also noticed at first that there was visible exhaust which carried some moisture to the point to where it was dripping a little out of the exhaust(also something i never noticed). It did however stop after driving for it for a while but I didn't notice any power gain. If anything I feel at a loss in power, little more dragging, weak idle.. I guess my question is, if this isn't common for jeep's what is causing the issue and what can I do to fix it?
