Jeep wave

Owned my JK for 4 years now. I was amazed then and continue to be on how almost all Jeep Wranglers you meet on the road will wave "hi"...very cool and great to own my jeep.

I don't get too many return waves. Almost none of the stock Jeeps wave and only about 1/3 of the modded ones do.

In northeast Ohio, I would say about 3/4 of all Jeep Wrangler owners will wave. You have to look for the subtle 2 finger salute from the passing Wrangler driver. Its similar to giving the peace sign as the passing driver holds the wheel with the rest of their hand. If all you're looking for is the animated wave, your going to miss a lot of the subtle ones.

That's been my experience in 5 years of owning Wranglers.

I look for the subtle waves. In fact, they make up 95% of my waves. My left hand is always either resting on top of the steering wheel or on top of the side mirror. The two-finger salute is second nature now.
