Lights, Blinkers, wiper Motor does not work

So i have a 2008 mint jeep wrangler. I bought it last summer - no issues. I leave it on the Cape and use it once a week. I was away last week on vacation and it was very cold for 2 weeks. I went to start the jeep today and it turned over twice then just clicked ( obviously the battery ) but when I took the key out and was setting up the jumper cables I heard a clicking - it was 2 different relays. I had to pull them out to stop the clicking ( wierd because the key was off ) anyway I jumped the jeep and it started right away. But now the lights, blinkers, front wiper dont work.

Help - Is this a bad relay ?? which one ? There is 8 relays total 2 large 6 small?

Welcome to the Forum Paul.

Take the relays that you pulled and check those first. When the clicking started, did you happen to look at your instrument cluster to see if anything was going on? The reason that I am asking is that I had this happen with my TJ. The clicking sound was due to my guages going crazy (without the key). The only way that I could get them to stop was to put the key back in. Our Jeeps can become strange and mystical creatures when they aren't happy. I'm betting that you will find that it is one of those 2.
