Luk clutch set ok?

New here, have stock 01 wrangler in shop getting new engine, Mechanic says bring him a clutch while it's all out, I was reading y'alls posts about clutches, it seems like the Luk is as good as any? I found the set at pepboys for about $140....seems good to me? I work at a Ford dealer, we use rhino brand? I can get it for same price as Luk, any advice ... Luk vs. Rhino ?
thanks

Id choose the Rhino, ole ladys 7.3 had a Luk in it and it only lasted 35K and hotspoted the flywheel in 3 spots.

I installed a luk pro gold clutch kit in my 03. It came with new clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder. mine as well replace all of it so you done ever have to worry about something else going wrong down the road. It has a lot of bite and works great. i can notice a little more pull off the line than my old clutch. heres one for your 01, this is the kit for the 4.0 i6

I've installed quite a few Luk clutches, and they have always been great!

ok, thanks guys. I found the whole kit with pilot and throw out, pressure plate and disc for $140 at pep boys, same price as the rhino we sell here at my work. Just called the engine shop and told them to turn the flywheel too. Anything else i should know?

If you have or want to spend the extra money put in a new clutch slave cylinder kit like this one Sachs SPH048 - Clutch Master And Slave Cylinder Assembly | O'Reilly Auto Parts. It comes pre pressurized, new fluid and fully assembled, no need to bleed the system.

Gracias to all. I don't have a lot of money, so I will probably skip the slave cylinder, clutch was working great before so...just wanted to do that disc and plate and stuff while they had the engine out, avoid the labor costs of doing a clutch 6 months later !
Thanks again all and I'm sure i will be back for more advice next project.
