Moving to Mooresville NC in 2 weeks

Hey everyone I have owned my jeep over a year now but new to Jk forum and looking for people and jeep groups I can wheel with and join. I am moving to Mooresville North Carolina from Reading Pa in 2 weeks and I have no idea about any of the wheeling or jeep groups around the area. I have a 2011 2 door Jk on 35 inch nitto mud grapplers and a 3 1/2 inch teralex lift with fox 2.0 shocks and rubicon express adjustable control arms. I love wheeling any chance I can get so any help pointing me in the right direction would be great. Thanks everyone

Welcome to the area and the forum. I'm just north of where you will be.
We do have a regional forum here, but it isn't super active.
North Carolina Jeep Forum - Jeep Wrangler Forum

The jeep group I've heard about the most is here Jeepers United. I think they organize through facebook, so I'd try to find them on there.

You're going to be interested in Uwharrie National Forest, it's not that far from Mooresville. Brown Mountain is also not super far away, but they are more ATV focused vs OHV.

I'm a few miles south. Mooresville is ok, LKN is a lot of fun. Lots of congestion.
