New here

Hello from west Texas,
Got my first jeep a few months ago and I love it. Haven't done much to it yet but i have plans. Just checking in to say hi. Ive learned a lot here and I like the community. So here are my contributions. Well, this one is more of an observation regarding the dome light. Ive noticed while doing some interior work on the jeep with both doors open, after a while, maybe about 20-30 min. the interior lights turns off. This has happened a couple of times. I don't know if the interior lights are on some kind of timer for when you go door-less, but that would eliminate the need to pull the fuse or any other kind of mod. Has any one else noticed this?
Second, I have a 02 wrangler service manual in PDF format for any fellow jeepers that might be interested. Its about 41Mb and as soon as I upload it somewhere I can provide a link. just PM me and I'll send it when its ready.

Welome! And I'd say you should still remove the fuse. When your doors are open it beeps right? That doesn't really stop. With the doors open or off it'll beep so I'd just pull that fuse!
