New Jeep Owner

Hello everybody. Newbie to the forum. Just purchased a used 2007 Sahara with 62k miles on it. It looks in great shape no rust, drivetrain is tight, drives good. One problem... in less than 18 hours of owning it I detected a knock that I didnít notice at first. I bought it as is.

No warranty 😟. I drove it back to dealership, the gave me a loaner to use while they investigate. I was hearing it as a possible bearing. They called back after pulling oil pan and said bearings were fine however, lifters are in need of replacement along with cam.

They told me that they would cover the cost of the repair totally!! While Iím happy about that, I am concerned about my purchase of it now. 62k is low mileage in my opinion. Hope this isnít the beginning of more to come.

Thanks for any feedback..

Hello, I'm a new Jeep Owner too! I bought the JEEP WHEEL TO WHEEL NERF STEPS (2018 WRANGLER JL 4-DOOR), I don't know where I read I could install them on in about 20 mins!! but I can't even carry them

I'm going to try to get the Dealer to install them but I don't know if they'll do it

Anyway, just venting!
