Talking New Jeep Owner in Tolleson,AZ

Hello everyone, I recently bought a Jeep... I found mine on Offer up and it was located in Las Vegas, so I took the bus there and drove it back.
I am learning a lot about mods and upgrades... and realizing how expensive everything is!
Having a lot of fun, already joined 2 off road clubs and been to a few meet ups and trail runs.

Welcome in. I'm a newb to jeeps too. I agree about the mods and costs. My Rubi has some mods but there are others I want to do. Every time I am checking the web for things to do my wife pops up out of nowhere and starts shaking her head!

Congrats on your Wrangler purchase!

Go to the left top corner of the home page, were it says user CP..click on it. Then scroll down on the left side of the page, to Edit Options..click on it. Then on the right side of the page, scroll down and you will see the option to change your time zone. Then click on save at the bottom of the page.

I joined Arizona Virtual Jeep Club, that's an interesting forum. I also found a couple of groups on Meetup. I'm a total newb so going on runs with anyone will have to be the easy ones until I figure out what I'm doing. No runs under my belt yet because of that, I am working on it though.

What clubs did you Join?
most of the runs I been to were easy... and they tell in advance the minimum requirement for the trail in advance, many people go that have never been off road and they do fine, the rest of the people always help!

Myself and other jeep peeps post local runs on the arizona forum. Peruse that. Runs vary from easy to "are you sure this is a trail?" Invest in this:

Guide to Arizona Backroads & 4-Wheel-Drive Trails 2nd Edition https://www.amazon.com/dp/1934838195..._TXj7Cb8D3M6JP

This is a great book, very detailed about each trail. Find one you like, pick a date and post on the AZ forum. Few folks from here might join you. Myself included.
