Hello from Cincinnati!
Became a Jeep owner for the second time in my life. The first Jeep was a Cherokee Golden Eagle purchased in the late 80's, can't recall the year manufactured but it was fun to drive and beginning to rust away. Sold it when my daughter put her foot through the floor.
Bought a 2007 Sahara last week from a young mother who ordered it new from a dealer after high school graduation. Since she was from a Jeep family her father had instilled the need for proper care and service. (I have all her service records). After the birth of her first child the couple decided they needed a larger vehicle so I became the new and proud second owner.
Wife and I retired last year and officially became snowbirds this year when we pulled our fifth wheel camper to Sanford, FL for the winter. Summer months we keep it on the Ohio River at Steamboat Bend campground near Cincinnati.
The Jeep is our "fun" vehicle with hopes of using it as a "toad" in the coming years if we are fortunate enough to swap our fifth wheel to a motor home.
I belong to several RV and handgun forums and find them a valuable resource.
