Just picked up my first Jeep a few weeks ago, so far I am completely in love and kicking myself for not getting a Jeep sooner. For now here is a pic of my baby, 2017 Willys Wheeler

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your perspective) I don't have a Facebook account, but I will keep an eye out for events posted here.

Nice, congrats on the purchase. I see you have a '02 as well. I grew up in the back seat of my dad's '76 2002 and have had numerous BMWs throughout my life and was actually a BMW mechanic for about ten years. Im a long time member and moderator over at M3 forum.

Welcome brother! We just got our first one in October of 2016, we live in West Hills, we have been out a few times on easy trails and even out to Johnson Valley. Are you an experienced off reader? We are not! We are learning as we go, maybe we should get together and go out sometime!

I went to college in Colorado and built a lifted Ford Explorer with some friends. We used to go off roading in that and my buddies lifted Tahoe and another friends Land Rover disco. I won't say I'm the most experienced but I can handle my own on the trails. I am definitely down to go out next mess around in the dirt sometime. I also live in west hills I wonder if I've seen yours out on the road?

I'm guessing you have seen us we have a black unlimited with Crown paper plates, we are holding out for our personalized plates to come in before we put them on, hope we don't get caught lol. So far we are newbies at this off-roading stuff, but we are sure having fun on fire roads and easy trails, I don't think we are rock crawlers just fun off road stuff, we are always looking for new adventures, I have gone on Trails.com and as far as I can tell most trails near us like in Santa Clarita might be closed, now most of the posts are like 3 years old so I am hoping that it was all closed because of fire danger and now that it rained so much it is possible they are all open again. What do you think? If you want to get together for a day drive let me know and we can go try something like Hungry Vally or look for the stuff in Santa Clarita.
