New owner looking forward to being part of the community

Hey, so I am a long time car enthusiast and I just recently purchased my first Wrangler. I have always been a fan of Jeeps, my first car was actually a Cherokee but I have wanted a wrangler as long as I can remember. Not sure why I didn’t get one earlier but I am happy to have one now. It’s a 2015 Willy’s Wheeler in Tank with 57k Miles with a 6 speed.

Feels so different from my last cars, I’m coming out of a 2012 Fiat 500. Before that was a 2005 Subaru Legacy with LOTS of mods. The Wrangler felt a little floaty and disconnected in comparison, having a suspension that actually moves is a bit unnerving at first but it’s getting to be more fun every time I drive it. It just makes me smile when I drive it.

If anyone has any advice for a new owner or any place to go off road in the Hudson Valley I would really appreciate it. I will get better pics when the weather is more consistent, it has been raining almost constantly since I picked it up but there are plenty of puddles to drive through at least lol
