Cool New to forums! Looking for ideas, help, support and wheeling fun

Hi there,
first time ever using a forum. I always access the threads on this one for help with installs and ideas for the JK but never ventured into registering to be active.
I see a lot of support here and and immense amount of information so I'll make sure to dwell in the threads before I repeat old questions haha.
Got my JK new in 2015 and so far haven't done much to it but I have taking it to Rausch Creek in PA about 4-5 times, done some light trails in Shenandoah and some beach wheeling in OBX. Definitely more intent in doing it more often, therefore looking to start upgrading it little by little, as money allows.
It is my daily driver and I drive around 70-100miles a day, 5 to 7 days a week (I know, the misery). So the lift will have to be a compromise between performance and durability. I've got my mind in the Teraflex 3" with 4 flex arms. I know it's a bit "up there" but I'm willing to invest more for a piece that will give me better ride/handling and will last longer. Any ideas with that or any other setups will be appreciated and gracefully studied.
Planning to pair that with a set of 33's A/T, probably Goodrich KO2's. Done this combination choice after hearing many people's and company's thoughts on a setup that will offer beefy off roading capability paired with daily driver capabilities (according to me).
I should mention that this will probably be done no less than 6 months from now given that I just pre-ordered the Bestop NX Glide, (again, thought that the investment would give a better lifetime return on itself, hope I got it right).
Last in my most immediate list of upgrades is a roof rack, for purposes of travel storage and roof tent mounting. With my new job and (hopefully) lifestyle changes I'm really trying to get myself to travel as much as I wish I did. For roof rack I've brought it down to the Gobi Ranger, given it's the only one I've found that'll both 1) hold a good size tent (140lbs), awning (50lbs), accesories, me (230lbs), my wife (115lbs?) and 2) still have the capability to tilt back for hard/soft top choice changes.
So to summarize my way overextended intro, my initial upgrade plans go:
*Soft Top
*Lift kit
*Tires
*Roof Rack
*Tent
Anything not included in this list (bumpers, winch, big lights, underbody protection, etc) is just secondary to my immediate purpose to get out there and travel. But yes I'll get it ALL eventually haha.

Any ideas, thoughts, opinions, suggestions will be welcome below and in advance, thanks for being a great community.

P.S: any active members in my area that get together on a regular and are willing to take new people in, hit me up!!

Cool Aloha from Hawaii

Aloha, I'm new to the forum put down a down payment on a 2017 JK winter addition last week. It arrived on the island this evening so I am anxiously waiting for the dealership to contact me so I can go to the dealer and finish the paperwork and take her home. This is my first JK, my husband has a 15 Renegade.I have so many ideas, but right now looking for any and all inside about which lift kit I should put on the JK? Max I want to go is 3.5. I have 2 boys who will be needing to climb up into her as well as myself and I'm 5"5'. Looking forward to meeting new people, and forming a Jeep Ohana (family)!
