Hey guys -
I just picked up my first Jeep, a 1997 TJ sport with the 4.0 I6 and 132k miles. I'm really excited to start making it my own since it's already got a little bit of work done to it. A couple of things I wanted to ask though... It's got a 6-inch lift with 35s and there is MAJOR sway, even at low speeds. Any ideas on what could be causing this? There are two rubber pucks only in the driver side springs - any idea why these are here? Could they be causing the sway? Here's a picture...
There is also a crack in the headers (I think they are aftermarket). Would it be better to buy aftermarket (brand suggestions welcomed), or try and weld it?
Anyway, any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated! Here are some pictures and the current mod list!
