I moved your post from the JL section to the new member check-in. I'd also suggest to post your question in the JK General section HERE

Some bumpers require you move the vacuum canister, some don't. So IMO decide on a bumper first then the manufacturer will be able to tell you. Although I'm not a fan of changing the grill, it's easy and nothing else should need to be done.

In the meantime...

Glad to have you here!

welcome to the group, nice to see another Wrangler, to answer your questions more in depth.

you have a 2010 so that would mean you have the JK, congrats, as for changing the grill its easy to do the hardest bit to it is popping the 4 or so panel trim clips, then give a nice firm pull on the grill near the bottom of it (grabbing on the vertical bars) that will pull the friction clips out and then your good to go, but make sure you disconnect the turn signal harnesses first as you don't want to yank them out, they have red clips that pop up to release.

as for the bumper, all has really been said so far on that, check as some require relocation of the vacuum pump, other do not, the MFG can tell you. as for removing the bumper it will be a hair more involved as you have (most likely) a lower skid plate (plastic) that you will need to take out, again same as grill plastic panel things and if you want you can take out the one just in front of the grill to make life a bit easier, not required....

then you have the 4 18MM bolts to remove (recommend having a 1/2 inch drive rattle gun and deep well impact socket with u-joint attachment) and the rest will fall into place, if you have fogs on your bumper make sure you disconnect the harnesses FIRST!!!!

again welcome, and I strongly recommend filling out your profile for ease of receiving future assistance, also knowing your location helps, for the simple fact that if your local to someone you might be able to receive local help from other forum members.
