NEWB Saying HEY

Hey there other Jeepers,

My name is Garth and I live in Victoria BC, Canada (Great White North) and I am new to the Jeep experience, as I just bought myself a new 2011 wrangler unlimited and have all of 500 kms on it (first jeep and loving it). Been following the forum and it rocks, alot of great information. I know the pic shows it`s way too clean (1st day ownership), I am workin on changing that image. Hope to get some mods on her as I go along. Going to buy a backroads map book and get out and get dirty.
Question: has anyone bought or used the Lange hoist a top to lift the top off their jeep. Thinking of getting one to make life easier.
Anyhow, look forward to chattin withyou all.

Yep. I have a Lange hoist-a-top to remove and store the hard top on my TJ. Works great.

Welcome to WF.

I am new to this thing as well. I can't wait to get muddy and sandy. Hoist sounds like a good idea. I have not thought about that. I will watch this thread closely.

I've heard some good things about the hoist, many people use it. Welcome to WF!
