Newbie from NC

Hello everyone ,,,,,, finally got the jeep i've been wanting !!
2007 unlimited Sahara
Now to modify !!!!!
Question ,,,,,, without a lift ( wife has a hard enough time getting into it as it is ) what is the largest tire i can run with the factory ( cause i like em') 18" wheels.
Would 33's fit if i did spacers ???
what is the general thought on spacers ??

Thanks in advance you Jeep guru's out there
