newbie from south carolina

hey guys i am a newbie here with about a million questions. i just bought an 04 wrangler x. i am here to learn and make friends too. i guess i should start by reading all i can. if i have any specific questions who do i ask? any of yall can e-mail me anytime. as i said i just bought the wrangler x. i want to do alot to it, but i dont have the $$ to do it all at once. so i guess the question is where to start. i want to run 33s maybe 35s. so i guess 4-6 inches of lift. i will go read and see which brand. thanks alot
