Question Newbie in New Jersey with clutch question (throw-out bearing)

2004 4-cylinder 5-speed X

Clutch is scraping when I push in the pedal. It's been worsening. My mechanic thinks it's the throw-out bearing. I've been lurking on this site for advice for years but need some help now.

LUK seems to be THE clutch to get. However, which one? I'm looking on Amazon and for my Wrangler 3 different ones are showing up.

Also, want to get the throw-out bearing in metal, not plastic, so I know I need to order that separately. How?

My mechanic is not finding it easily or would rather I find it.

Thanks for your help!
