Talking newbie seeking wisdom!

Hey guys. So I come to you, unfortunately, jeepless. I'm converting from my street bike to the glorious wrangler. The reason can be seen to your left, the growth on my neck. It's cute, so i'm not going to get it removed. yet. Anyways, I can't seem to find a way to get a car seat mounted on my bike without getting arrested, so it's time to throw in the towel on my MotoGP career. I'm not about to get a mini-van, so this is where you guys come in <3

There's actually quite a few wranglers listed in my area, but one has caught my attention.

1998 Jeep Wrangler

5,100 isn't too bad for a poor college kid like me, especially when its not bone stock which is important to me, so hit me with your knowledge

thanks in advance

Welcome from another college student
Eh, it's not a steal. With that amount of miles and work done (lift, tires, etc) on a 4 cylinder, it would be iffy. I would see if it has been re-geared, and try to get it lower.

Welcome to the Forum

I would have to pass on this one or offer a much lower price. You never know what kind of problems you will run into with a pre-modified jeep. If it hasn't been regeared, that little 4 is going to have a hard time. Coming from the Moto-GP scene, I don't think that you are going to be happy with any less than the 6 cylinder. JMO, I could be wrong.
