Newbie - trying to find my JEEP

I am new to the JEEP Wrangler world...

and i think i am finally ready to get one as I always wanted one.

this would be a secondary car, not a daily driver.

would do local driving, to the beach and then some light off roading.

if possible - can you give feedback on one I found:

Jeep wrangler YJ

It has 99,000 miles on it and asking $14,500.

A friend of mine was saying these won't go over 60MPH so can't really drive them on the freeway - is that true?

Thanks for the input everyone.

I agree, that's a high price.

Because this is the newbie check-in area, you may not get the answers you are looking for. I suggest you check out this forum area and post your questions there, I think you'll get a better response.

If you're willing to spend that much, I'd look for a TJ.
