Old Jeeper, New Tricks

Howdy, all. My name is Neal Lawson and I've been lurking on the forum for a while. I learned to drive in my uncle's '47 flattie back in the dawn of time (1973 - yeah, I'm that old), and I have been off-roading since forever. I have owned a '76 CJ5, several XJ's and I'm currently abusing an '06 LJ as my DD and trail rig. I think that, for the most part, I'll still just sit back and watch what other people are posting, but I have already dealt with several minor issues with my Jeep that have gone smoother because of things I have read on the forum (gas filler fix, heater blower resistor, you know, the usual). Looking forward to picking your collective brains for future mods, because as The Wife says, I'm better off letting others do the thinking (not sure what she means by that...).

Welcome aboard. I too am of the belief, it's better to learn from other people's mistakes and experience rather than my own. I'm sure with your experience you have plenty knowledge to offer as well.
