Unhappy Replacing soft top

Does anyone know the dimensions of the screws used to fasten the soft top to the header bar on a 1997 Wrangler? Are they stainless steel or some other concoction? Are the coarse thread sheet metal screws or fine thread. I've got a brand new top in my living room waiting to go on my Jeep --but someone lost the screws that fasten the top to the header bar. I called the company I bought the top from and they told me, "to a hardware store and buy some." The guy had no idea of what size the screws are.
Appreciate any help I can get.

Welcome!

Post your question in the TJ section, you'll probably get more of a response. I wish I could help more but I've got a JK

Get some quick disconnect knuckles from Quadratec and be done... Iirc they are fine threaded machine screws. Not sure how long they are or the diameter.
