Rubicon Noobicon

Hey There,

Just got a new 2016 Rubicon and I'm super-stoked about it. We previously had an FJ Cruiser and loved it, too, but the Rubicon feels superior all-around.

Not a serious off-roader (yet) but looking forward to seeing where we can go!

Welcome! I was tempted by an FJ Cruiser, and I like them a lot, but went for the Wrangler for its advantages, and I'm sure glad I did.

Hey btrigg, same here.... just traded my Tacoma Off Road for a new Rubicon Hard Rock. The Taco was a great truck, had 3 of them over the years, but it was time to go for the Jeep. It's a daily driver, so I am not going to get too crazy, but I do plan on doing as much off roading as I can.

Congrats and welcome! Wranglers (and especially Rubicons) are extremely capable vehicles right off the showroom floor. I think you'll be quite impressed with what your Jeep can do. Go out there and enjoy it!

My wife had a silver Toyota FJ Cruiser. We loved it but as the family grew it seemed to get smaller. So we had to trade it off and go into a bigger SUV. Now that one son is out of the house we have a 16 JKURHR. She loves it. Welcome to the Jeep world.
