Shiffting gears 1 through 4 back to drive ?

Hi to all New member. With question about shifting my new 2018 JK wrangler Rubicon (automatic) When in 4wd high and I shift down to 1st gear and then to get back to DRIVE, I have to shift to neutral then to DRIVE. Now I tock it to the dealer and they said that's what I had to do because that was a safety feature. Now when in 4wd low I can shift 1st gear through Drive without having to shift to neutral first. Commits: Thanks Don

No that is wrong no need to shift to neutral just hold your shift lever to the right for a few seconds and it goes to drive or you can tap it to the right and upshift 1 gear at a time.
