That Guy!

Well hello there. I appreciate you letting me join in the Jeep Wrangler community.

Few details about myself. Im Matt, I currently own an F350 and I live in Central NY.

Ive been a long time fan of Jeep since I had the battery operated model as a kid. I was also a fan of trucks, so thats what I ultimately wanted. Now being a bit older (28, whered the time go?), ive owned a couple trucks. My first one was an 08 Dakota with crewcab. Loved it, but wanted something bigger.

So thats when I found my F350. I love this thing, massive, long and a ton of space. But, Im thinking more practically. And 10mpg gets old after a while.

So, Im here, hoping to learn more about them. Im outdoorsy and I see these being used out on trails alot.

Thanks for listening and having me.

Jeep wont be much better, especially with lift kit, bigger tires and metal bumpers.

I get about 14.5 mpg on the jeep with just bigger wheels and lift kit...

I'd welcome you to the forum but you're probably a Yankees fan.... oh, I'm just kidding!

My Jeep is fairly built but 14 - 15 mpg is about all I get as well. So if you are looking for great gas mileage... maybe not the Jeep Wrangler. If you're looking for fun...? Get one!

So a little overdue here but to the forum! Here's a big Jeep wave from Red Sox Nation!

I've had at least 38 cars/trucks/SUV's over the years and out of all of them, I had 3 favorites:
Corvette
Audi S4
Jeep Wrangler

Each brings it's own kind of fun... the Jeep has more fun in more places than the rest.
