Took a free 2 1/2 day 4wd class!

No such thing as a "free lunch". Two weeks later during a early morning walk, I took a different route home and passed by a 98' Red 2.5 TJ. The For-sale sign had seen daylight for 1 hour when I walked by. needless to say, it's in my driveway now!
Looking for many good times in the Eastern Sierra, Owens Valley and Death Valley off-roads and joining the local 4wd community. Got my first "subtle" Jeep nod tooling around town. Cool. Wife says its "cute".
Looks like a 3/4 inch lift, 31" A/T, bump stop, flange hammered to clear tire & too much oil on dipstick. (Draining oil filter).
Just ordered Curt Hitch & hooks to start. Snatch strap next and simple tool box stuff to follow. And the saga begins.
Jed
