Whats up! Subie -> Rubi

Hi all,

Swinging the thought in my head of getting out of my subaru and into a rubicon. I really like everything the wranglers offer and enjoyed my test drive. Really want to get into the wrangler world and go explore and shit and do whatever ya'll do.

Current ride:
2015 subaru STI
Full bolt ons + E85 but still stock turbo.

Curious to learn the ins and outs of the wranglers, what model to order and what options to go with. Been playing with the idea of an automatic, been driving a manual for 5 years and the auto would let the lady in my life drive. Then I hear lots of talk about the next gen wrangler, the potential turbo diesel motor, and different axels. As far as axels I hear there are only 3 types. Dana 44s that are bent, will bend, and lot crawlers lol.

Currently looking at a 4 door rubicon auto.

I was in a similar boat. I had an 07 Outback Sport (Impreza) that I bought new and was thinking about a WRX back in October. Manual = great, but no hatch = bad. I hate that Subaru went no wagon this round with WRX... oh well.

Went with an Unlimited Sahara in November. Drives totally differently obviously but definitely more fun and I'll end up in less 5-0 trouble Wife loves it, kids love it, I love it and we ended up getting another last weekend for my wife.

Good luck deciding!!!
