I've been to your website several times and can't find much of anything. Axles for JL...nope. Genright stuff for JL...nope...

The site shows that you have lots of brands, but the brand products just aren't there. No, I'm not calling or e-mailing for more information.

Just some feedback...moving on...

Thank you once again for pointing that out. We have been quite swamped with this axle sale, and have even done some of the UD60's for the JL, just this week. If we had the IT team or the time to post them up on the site, we would for sure. While you moving around the interwebs, if you check out our facebook we will be posting pictures of the UD60's going in the JL build here in the shop. But, once again, thank you for point that out.

Sorry if I pointed that out at another time (other than the other thread I also just commented on).

How do the Carbon 60s stack up price wise against the Dynatrac Hardcore PR60s? I assume they are full float.

That's not always practical. Can't talk at work, and I usually do my shopping and make purchases after the kids go to bed. I don't think they answer the phone that late.

And no, the phone is not very effective when looking at details and researching pricing options. Hence the effectiveness and popularity of the internet. Even many of us old folks have embraced the convenience of modern technology.

The Carbons are a semi Float. They offer a lifetime warranty with their axles. They essentially use stock parts from other manuf and "build" to their spec an axle.

I get the impracticality. However, IMO ordering things like axles and t-cases has a lot of nuances and unless one is an expert it's virtually impossible to order these without making phone calls. - there is so much customization. I can say that I would have ordered the wrong things if I would have done it over the internet.

I agree with you on that. When I'm ready to pull the trigger, I'd definitely find a way to call.

Though when I almost did pull the trigger on Dynatrac axles, the guy I spoke with there didn't have the answer to half my questions and would have to investigate and get back to me. If he had the questions in written form, he could have researched them and simply replied as if he knew the answers, instead of coming off as clueless about their products. Maybe that was the reason I backed out of that effort?

But as mentioned in one of my other comments under their posts, when I wanted to order some Genright bumpers, and they don't have them on their site, it's easier to order them from a site that does have them. I don't remember the other items, but I've been attracted to their site looking for other things that I ended up getting elsewhere.

The point of my original comment was simple feedback that if they don't show the products they're promoting on their actual website they're directing us to, they're potentially losing customers. I'm not bitching to/at/about them, just giving some feedback on how to get more customers. They got my attention with their posts, but they lost the sales because they didn't offer the product.

No worries. We agree we NEED to have more product up on the site. We are trying to work toward that but being a small team (honestly, there is 4 of us), it is hard at times with everything we have going on. I understand it is a downfall of ours and it is not for everyone. Heck, when you call these BIG online companies, you are just a number. If you get a chance to call us, you are family. We will talk to you and explain to you anything we can. Yes, we might not have all the answers (not sure if you were talking about us above with the axles) but if we dont know the answers, we will admit that and find the answer for you! We stand behind the old saying "treat others the way you want to be treated". I dont want to be a number. I want to be part of a team... of a family and that is how we do things here. But I agree, we do need more product on the site. We DO have our Chat App (bottom right hand corner of our home page) that I try and answer 24/7 if I can. Sometimes, when I am at dinner with the wife and kids I might let it slide but I try to answer it as much as I can after hours. To help you guys. To help you get your questions answered and the right products heading your way!

ANYWAY.... BIG, I mean BIG things coming from Carbon this BF/CM We might even let some slip in a little early! Stay tuned for details and bear with us while we try and get them on the site!

I want to say that this was my exact experience with KOR. My first Wrangler was a YJ. I didn't really mod it much at all. After that I got a TJ and paid a shop to put a lift and tires on it. When I got my first JK I was ready to start modding right away. I wanted to do the work myself, but I had LOTS of questions. I called KOR to ask about a couple of products. Jason answered the phone and was very helpful. He quickly answered the questions I had about the products. I also had lots of install questions. Looking back now, they were all pretty basic questions, but he took the time to answer each one fully. During the conversation, he never made me feel rushed, or feel like he was in a hurry to get off the phone. After I hung up the phone I realized we had talked for more than 25 minutes. This happened almost 5 years ago, but it is something that I will never forget.

2 Day Axle Sale At Krawl Off-Road

My apologies to Jason, not meaning to sidetrack the thread, thought this might be somewhat relevant.

To offer a counter point to the other post about Dynatrac CS not to his satisfaction. I dealt with Steve Marrone on purchasing my axles and he was extremely helpful and never felt rushed. I must have called him 6 to 8 times throughout the process and during install with questions.

During install there were some issues with the wheel speed sensors and parking brake cable routing being that no instructions were provided. Of course the diff shop that was doing the installation for some reason didnít like to use the telephone to reach out for help. I was able to get technical support very quickly, received written instructions, and resolve these issues when I called Dynatrac.

I had an Atlas transfer case installed at the same time and had some issues because again the diff shop felt the telephone was too heavy. Again I had to do all the calling to Advance Adapters to resolve the issues and they were extremely helpful as well.

In summary, both Dynatrac and Advance Adapters are great stand-up companies based on my interactions with them. I would not hesitate to purchase products made by either of these companies. Just make sure to buy them from Jason and support a small US business!
