I know this is not same same, but I've been running the Pypes Performance system for 3 years on my 16. How would you say the sound difference is between the Race Pro muffler VS the normal full performance muffler?

The performance on mine has a tinny sound in full throttle, a bit high pitched. But sounds good at idle and normal driving.

Are you still running the stock air box? I had the same issue when I installed the exhaust. When I got the Volant air intake back on, it changed the sound to my liking.

Our Race Pro muffler will be a higher pitch and deeper throatier sound than the stock muffler. Because of the straight through design, you can expect more flow and performance. Sound clips coming shortly.

Thanks for the response.

Anything to address the awfull black paint on the performance system? I just don't understand offering a black coated system when it's not heat resistant and flakes off in one day of driving.
